Nowadays the Spanish culture is spread everywhere. I’m not sure why I found out that a lot of Cypriot people love the Spanish language, music and food. To share our own cultures is one important aspect of our project and I guess doing that through funny activities is more dynamic and interesting.

Many people in Cyprus have a good level of Spanish but they don’t have a way to practice or improve what they know. The Spanish Language Café was born at the beginning of the project in order to offer a space where people can talk in Spanish with a native Spanish speaker. On the second and last Friday of each month I run this meeting where I organize activities and games to help people improve their knowledge of the Spanish Language. I make sure we change the topic of discussion often in order to explore many words and expressions.

I guess that is one of the most successful workshops that I have organized in Cyprus. A lot of people joined throughout the seasons, some of them even regularly, and the feedback is always very positive. So, if you speak at an intermediate level or high level of Spanish check when the next event will take place and join us. No hay mejor forma de aprender un idioma que divirtiendose!
