Ikigai workshop
The Ikigai workshop was my first workshop, but at the same time, one of the most successful ones. I got inspired by a friend that performed this same activity in another European program in Burgos, Spain. In that moment I found it very inspiring so that’s why I decided to share it with people of this island.

During the Ikigai workshop I made a small presentation about this interesting concept of the Japanese philosophy which could be translated as “the reason to wake up every morning”. After the presentation each participant got the Ikigai representation, which are four circles mixed between them. Then we had time to have a personal reflection in order to fulfill each circle. Through this self-reflection participants got to know more about themselves, especially regarding to their passions and expectations in life. Finally, the activity encouraged participants to talk about their passions. Divided in groups, they had a lot of fun representing the passions of their teammates.
